Fees Include: Registration fees include the Wednesday evening Welcome Dessert Reception, Thursday Keynote Lunch & Dinner Celebration, and Friday Awards Luncheon. Admittance to all sessions and meals will require an official name badge.
Special Reduced Fees: Note that reduced fees are available for Students (full-time), K-12 Educators, Community College Faculty/Staff, & Retirees. If you aren't sure which category you should select, please contact Cathy Deno at cdeno@wepan.org or 765-494-5387 before registering.
Speakers: All conference participants, including speakers, must register and pay a fee.
Cancellations: A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation requests made by May 22, 2009. No refunds will be made after May 22nd.
Payment Policy: Payment must be received before you can pick up your badge and conference materials. If payment has not been received by May 22, you will be required to pay your registration in full on-site. Purchase Orders are accepted, but actual payment must reach WEPAN by May 22 or be paid on-site.
